§ Terms

Terms of Service

Last updated · April 20, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using RedPilot, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2. What we provide

RedPilot monitors public Reddit content and surfaces posts that match your product’s keywords, competitors, and intent signals. It drafts example replies you can copy and post yourself. RedPilot does not post to Reddit on your behalf.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You’re responsible for your account credentials and for all activity on your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use RedPilot in compliance with Reddit’s User Agreement and the rules of each subreddit you engage in. You agree not to:

  • Post spam, deceptive content, or content that violates subreddit rules.
  • Use RedPilot to harass, defame, or mislead users.
  • Automate posting on Reddit from outputs generated here without human review.
  • Resell, sublicense, or scrape the service.
  • Attempt to exceed the rate limits or bypass plan limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly by Polar. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Plan limits (subreddits, keywords, reply credits) reset each billing cycle.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of product descriptions, keywords, and any content you configure. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to run the service (scanning, scoring, drafting).

7. LLM-generated output

Reply drafts are produced by third-party language models and may be inaccurate, off-brand, or inappropriate. You’re responsible for reviewing every draft before posting it anywhere. We make no warranty about output quality.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee uptime, the accuracy of lead scoring, or outcomes from using the drafted replies. Reddit policies, rate limits, and availability are outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedPilot’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 90 days.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email and posted here with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
